REFUND POLICY

FULL REFUND — UP TO 7 DAYS BEFORE SEASON START

If you request a refund at least 7 days before the season start date, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee. No questions asked.

LESS THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE SEASON START

Once we are within 7 days of the season start date, we are unable to offer refunds. This is because we have already committed to venue bookings, equipment, and team arrangements based on confirmed registrations.

SEASON CANCELLATION BY PSC

If Playhouse Social Club cancels a season before it begins for any reason, all registered participants will receive a full refund automatically.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, send an email to artem@playhousesocialclub.com with your full name and the email address you used to register. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

TRANSFERS

If you can no longer participate but are outside the refund window, you may transfer your spot to another person. Please contact us with the details of the replacement player and we will update the registration.
