TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in Playhouse Social Club ("PSC") leagues, events, and activities operated in Berlin, Germany. By registering for any PSC activity, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be at least 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. PSC reserves the right to verify age and refuse participation if the requirement is not met.

3. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

• Registration is confirmed once payment is received or a "register without paying" submission is accepted.
• All prices include 19% MwSt (VAT) as required under German tax law.
• Payments are processed securely via Mollie. PSC does not store your payment details.
• Early Bird pricing is available for a limited time and may change without prior notice.
• Spots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. REFUND POLICY

Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the season starts. After this period, no refunds will be issued. Please see our Refund Policy page for full details.

5. LIABILITY

• Playhouse Social Club is not liable for any injuries sustained during play or at any venue.
• Participants are directly responsible to the venue for any damages they cause to equipment or property.
• Participants play at their own risk and should ensure they are physically able to participate in the chosen activity.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

• PSC has a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination of any kind, including but not limited to discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability.
• Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward other players, referees, venue staff, and spectators.
• Any form of harassment, intimidation, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in immediate removal from the league without refund.
• Excessive intoxication that disrupts play or creates an unsafe environment is not permitted.

7. SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

• League schedules are published before the season starts. PSC reserves the right to adjust schedules if necessary.
• Outdoor venues: games will be rescheduled in the event of adverse weather.
• Indoor venues: games proceed regardless of weather conditions.
• If PSC cancels a season before it begins, participants will receive a full refund.

8. DATA & PRIVACY

Personal data collected during registration (name, email, phone number) is used solely for league administration, communication, and payment processing. 9. CHANGES TO TERMS

PSC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
